e-Service Contracts : What do I get for my money ?
The exact level of support required is client-dependant. Whatever your chosen level of support, Belgravium have an inherently supportive culture that will seek to resolve your problems within the shortest timeframe possible. However, most clients recognise the value of committing to a formal support contract because of the added value services which further aid the prevention of downtime. There are a range of formal contract types available but they all incorporate;
Trend Analysis: Although obviously not a frequent occurence, component failure can be an identifiable pre-cursor to system degradation. In wired networks, component failures can be relatively easily diagnosed and anticipated. With wireless networks the situation is far less straightforward - RF networks can easily mask the true system failure. System users can even become accustomed to performance degradation and merely suffer the inconvenience rather than report it. Belgravium use state-of-the art 'Pronto' software to govern their service function and to highlight / predict likely problems.
Preventative Maintenance Checks: No amount of trend analysis can replace actual on-site validation of system performance. Belgravium personnel will conduct periodic routine checks of your hardware to determine how well your wireless infrastructure and mobile computing devices are performing in support of your operation and against the original system specification.
'No blame': The maintenance of a successful mobile computing system is invariably dependent upon the adoption of a team-oriented approach by all parties concerned i.e. client and all relevant suppliers. Belgravium's philosophy is quite simple...........we never make cursory assumptions about where a system fault may lie, instead we work towards helping to identify the true source of the problem even if it lies outside of the direct scope of the Belgravium hardware configuration. On many occasions we have helped to resolve performance issues relating to a client's network infrastructure, even though we did not install or are not to contracted to maintain it.
'User Abuse Included': This is the big differentiator between a 'standard' Belgravium support contract and the 'e-Service contract'. Belgravium undertakes to repair your equipment, regardless of the source of damage. Full details available on request.
'e-Service on-line': Accurate information on the status of your equipment repairs is available to you, via our web-based portal. Book your products into our system yourself and enjoy interactive tracking in real-time. This facility saves you valuable administration time and gives you immediate reassurance that we are adhering to our quoted turn-around times.
